How
to Cook

  • step 1:-Heat the oil in a kadhai/wok on medium heat (175°C). The oil should not give smoke.
  • step 2:-Take the frozen Veg. Masala Nuggets from the freezer and fry directly for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • step 3:-Remove from the kadhai and serve hot.
Shallow Pan Fry

  • step 1:-Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
  • step 2:-Take the frozen Veg. Masala Nuggets from the freezer and put directly into the pan.
  • step 3:-Flip occasionally in between and cook for about 7-8 minutes.
  • step 4:-Remove from the pan and serve hot.
Air Fry

Air Fry

  • step 1:-Preheat the air fryer at 200°C.
  • step 2:-Place 8-10 pcs of frozen Veg. Masala Nuggets at a time into the baking tray.
  • step 3:-Bake for 4 minutes, flip once done and again bake for 4 minutes.
  • step 4:-Remove and serve hot.

-Note-

Use a spoon or a tong for flipping.
