to Cook

  • step 1:-Heat the oil in a kadhai/wok on medium heat (175°C). The oil should not give smoke.
  • step 2:-Take the required quantity of frozen Crispyyy Veg. Sticks from the freezer and fry directly for 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Keep the rest of the product back into the freezer after ziplock.
  • step 3:-Remove from the kadhai and serve hot.
Shallow Pan Fry

  • step 1:-Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
  • step 2:-Place required quantity of frozen Crispyyy Veg. Sticks onto the pan. Flip occasionally in between. Cook for about 8-10 minutes. Keep the rest of the product back into the freezer after ziplock.
  • step 3:-Remove from the pan and serve.
Air Fry

Air Fry

  • step 1:-Preheat the Air-Fryer at 200°C.
  • step 2:-Place 4-5 Pcs of frozen Crispyyy Veg. Sticks into the baking tray. Put the remaining Veg. Sticks back into the freezer.
  • step 3:-Bake for 5 minutes, flip once done and again bake for another 4-5 minutes.
  • step 4:-Remove and serve hot.

-Note-

Use a Spoon or a tong for flipping.
