Murgh Malai
Tikka Masala
Ingredients -
- - 2 tbsp oil
- - Chopped onion
- - Chopped garlic
- - Chopped ginger
- - Curd
- - Green Chillies
- - Some Cashew paste
- - Salt and pepper
- - Fresh coriander leaves
Preparation -
- Step 1
- - Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan
- - Add 1 chopped onion
- - 3 chopped garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- - Sauté until it turns golden brown
- Step 2
- - Add cooked tikka
- - 2 tablespoons of curd and 4 green chillies to the pan
- - Add 1 teaspoon salt and white pepper
- Step 3
- - Cook the contents for 5 min
- - Add 1 tablespoon cashew paste
- - 1 cup of water and boil
- Step 4
- - Add 1 tablespoon cream
- - mix thoroughly and garnish with fresh coriander leaves
- - Serve hot with rice or paratha
