Amritsari
Tikka Masala
Ingredients -
- - 2 tbsp oil
- - Chopped onion
- - Chopped tomato
- - Chopped garlic
- - Chopped ginger
- - Garam masala powder
- - Coriander powder
- - Coriander leaves
Preparation -
- Step 1
- - Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan
- - Add 1 chopped onion
- - 1 chopped tomato
- - 4 chopped garlic cloves and 1½ teaspoon chopped ginger
- - Sauté until it turns golden brown.
- Step 2
- - Add 1 cup of water and bring it to boil
- - Add the cooked tikkas
- - sprinkle ½ teaspoon of garam masala and coriander powder each
- - Boil the contents for 4 min
- Step 3
- - Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or paratha
