  • step 1:-Heat the oil in a Kadhai/ Wok on a medium heat (175°C). The oil should not give smoke.
  • step 2:-Take the Millet tikki from the freezer and fry directly for 3-4 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  • step 3:-Remove from the Kadhai and serve hot. Keep the rest of the product back into the freezer after ziplock.

  • step 1:-Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a nonstick pan on a medium heat.
  • step 2:-Place frozen Millet tikki from the freezer directly onto the pan. Flip occasionally in between and cook for about 7-8 minutes.
  • step 3:-Remove from the pan and serve hot.
Air Fry

Air Fry

  • step 1:-Pre heat the Air-Fryer at 200°C.
  • step 2:-Place 4-5 Pcs of Millet tikki into the baking tray. Put the remaining product back into the freezer.
  • step 3:-Bake for 3 minutes, flip once done and again bake for 3-4 minutes.
  • step 4:-Remove and serve hot.

-Note-

Use a Spoon or a tong for flipping.
